How much does it cost to stay at Corte House?
The indicative price is €60 per night for the whole house, not per person. Final cleaning and linen are included. The final total is confirmed by the owner.
What is the minimum stay?
One night.
How do I book?
Choose your dates on the Availability page and send your request on WhatsApp using the pre-filled message. The owner checks availability and privately sends you the bank transfer details. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Does selecting dates hold them?
No. A request is not a confirmation: the dates remain available until the owner confirms the booking.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, in advance, for the full amount. There are no online payments, and bank details are only shared privately on WhatsApp.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is currently being defined: it will be sent to you in writing before your booking is confirmed.
Do prices change for matches and concerts?
No, the indicative starting rate stays the same on event days.
The house
How many people does it sleep?
Up to 4 guests: a double bedroom, a sofa bed and room for an extra small bed in the hallway.
How big is the house?
About 70 m², with an eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway and an outdoor courtyard space.
Is there parking?
Yes, one parking space is included with your stay.
Is there Wi-Fi?
The house does not currently have Wi-Fi.
Is there air conditioning?
No. Heating is available.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, guests can use the washing machine.
Is there a TV?
Yes, a Smart TV with streaming apps: sign in with your own accounts.
Rules, arrival and departure
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. Please mention it in your request.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is not allowed indoors. It is allowed in the outdoor area.
How does check-in work?
Check-in takes place in person with the owner, usually between 10:00 and 16:00. The exact time is agreed before arrival.
What documents do I need?
A valid ID document for every guest: registering guests is required by Italian law.
What time do I need to leave?
Check-out is flexible and agreed with you, except on days when new guests are arriving.

At Via Risorgimento 14 in Druento, in the province of Turin, close to Venaria Reale.
Is it convenient for the Allianz Stadium?
Yes, it's well placed for reaching the Allianz Stadium. We recommend checking the latest route on a navigation app, especially on event days.
